Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the phream platform. By creating a phream account or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phream ("phream," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the phream website at phream.app and all associated gaming services, features, promotions, and support channels.

By accessing the phream website, registering a phream account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on any game or event offered through phream, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
  • You have read and agree to phream's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
  • You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below;
  • You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the phream platform and, if applicable, close your phream account.


2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The phream platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

  • Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style online gambling under Philippine law as administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). phream strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
  • Location: You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of gameplay. Access to phream from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
  • Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
  • Not Self-Excluded: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion program, including any program maintained by PAGCOR or phream itself.

IMPORTANT: Providing false information about your age or location to access phream constitutes a breach of these Terms and is a violation of Philippine law. phream reserves the right to void all winnings and forfeit all balances in accounts found to have been created by persons under 21 years of age.


3. Account Registration & Responsibility

To access real-money games at phream, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all phream accounts:

  • One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one phream account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep this information updated at all times. phream is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phream login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. phream will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
  • Notification of Breach: You must immediately notify phream support if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your phream account or any suspected breach of account security.
  • Personal Use Only: phream accounts are for personal use only. Operating a phream account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account for any purpose, is prohibited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on the phream platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern financial transactions:

  • Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO/BPI via InstaPay, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. phream reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion.
  • Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
  • Processing Times: phream targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within minutes for verified accounts, subject to payment provider processing times beyond phream's control.
  • No Fees: phream does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers may impose their own fees, for which phream accepts no responsibility.
  • Source of Funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that all deposited funds are lawfully obtained and are not derived from illegal activities.
  • Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phream reserves the right to impose an administrative fee of ₱200 per month on dormant account balances, subject to prior notice to the account holder's registered email address.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

phream offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all phream promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

  • Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Unless otherwise stated, promotional bonuses are limited to one claim per player, per household, and per device.
  • Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and uncompleted wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in each promotion's specific terms. phream is not obligated to credit expired bonus funds.
  • Abuse: phream reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
  • Modification and Withdrawal: phream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except that modifications will not retroactively apply to bonuses already accepted by players.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games offered on the phream platform are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before wagering. The following general gameplay terms apply across all phream game categories:

  • All RNG-based games use certified random number generation systems that are independently audited for fairness. Game results are final and cannot be reversed after being rendered to the player's screen.
  • In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, phream will attempt to complete the round using the last valid player action received by the server. phream is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity failures.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. Phream reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
  • Winnings exceeding specified amounts may be subject to additional verification before release. phream reserves the right to perform additional checks on large winning events.
  • The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phream platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

  • Accessing phream while under 21 years of age or while subject to a self-exclusion order;
  • Using phream for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise;
  • Registering or operating more than one phream account;
  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of account registration, KYC, or transaction processing;
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain an advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors will be void;
  • Colluding with other players in live dealer or table game formats;
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with any part of the phream platform or its infrastructure;
  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phream staff, live dealers, or other players in any chat or communication channel.

8. KYC & Identity Verification

phream is required under PAGCOR licensing conditions to maintain Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for all registered player accounts. KYC verification includes, but is not limited to:

  • Identity Verification: Submission of a government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or voter's ID) confirming the account holder's full legal name and date of birth.
  • Address Verification: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last 90 days bearing the account holder's name and Philippine residential address.
  • Payment Method Verification: Where required, confirmation that the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals belongs to the account holder.

phream reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by phream may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.


9. Responsible Gaming

phream is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming. In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements, phream provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

  • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a reduction in limit takes effect immediately; an increase in limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
  • Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration alerts. Upon reaching the set limit, the player will be notified and prompted to end their session.
  • Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from phream for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will be excluded from all phream marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the selected period.
  • Reality Check: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay reminding them of time spent and amounts wagered in the current session.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phream's aggregate liability to any player for any cause whatsoever arising in connection with these Terms or the phream platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by the player to phream in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the phream platform.

phream does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or any cause beyond phream's reasonable control.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on the phream platform — including but not limited to the phream brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the property of phream or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phream platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other use is permitted without phream's express prior written consent.


12. Account Suspension & Termination

phream reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms;
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
  • Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
  • Account identified as belonging to a person under 21 years of age;
  • Account identified as belonging to a person who is self-excluded from gambling;
  • Requirement to do so under applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR directive, or court order.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their phream account may do so at any time by contacting phream support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.


13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the phream platform shall first be submitted to phream's internal dispute resolution process by contacting phream support with a detailed written description of the complaint. phream will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 15 business days.

Disputes not resolved through internal resolution may be referred to PAGCOR for mediation, in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures for online gaming operators. The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through the foregoing processes.


14. Amendments to These Terms

phream reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via the registered account email address at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or PAGCOR directive.

Continued use of the phream platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your phream account before the effective date of the amendment.
